What started as a simple love for matcha slowly became something more.

I found myself wanting to understand it deeper, not just how it tastes, but where it comes from, how it is grown, and how it is meant to be prepared.

Carmelisse was created from that curiosity.

Each matcha is thoughtfully sourced from tea farmers in Japan, with care placed on quality, origin, and process. From there, every cup is prepared with intention, whether it's a traditional bowl or a modern latte.

This is still just the beginning of my journey, but every step is rooted in learning, respect, and a genuine love for matcha.
